My work is rooted in the gut-wrenching realization that there are so many people in the world that we are missing on a daily basis. They have a story, they have value and for the most part, collectively, we miss it.

The people we pass on the street have their own struggles, insights, pains, and contributions and yet we never get to experience the essence of who they are. We miss out on knowing someone on a deeper level. We miss out on connection.

Through that connection, by knowing them better, we can know ourselves better.

Choose your muse.

The muse could be you.

The muse could be someone special in your life.

Immortalize a character in your life - past, present or future.

My sculptures are the recognition that we all want to be seen. Aren't we all worthy of having a statue made of us? Haven't we all been knocked around by life, only to get up and continue learning, laughing, and loving? That in and of itself is worth recognition.

Through my work, I bring out the essence of each concrete character's personality and story.

So they can be shared with the world...

So they have their place in history...

So they have the recognition they deserve.

Who Is Your Concrete Character?
